When to relist after a quiet month

Price, photos, and season — how to decide if the listing needs a reset.

A quiet month is data. Count the showings, read the feedback, and decide whether the next move is price, photos, or patience.

Reset with a reason

Relisting without a change looks like the same house. Change the first three gallery images or the first three remarks.

The market notices a new story more than a new date.

  • Compare similar actives, not last year’s solds alone.
  • Ask every showing what almost worked.
  • Refresh twilight photos if the listing launched in a different season.

If feedback is kind and traffic is thin, the price is the story. If traffic is busy and offers are not, the terms are.
